LIBNER also boasts state-of-the-art production tools such as the new TRUMPF TRULASER 3040 laser cutting machine, known as the "fiber laser," which significantly increases production capacity, execution speed, and the quality of the finished product, while reducing material waste.
This 4000-Watt machine is capable of cutting almost all metals, all types of steel, and all alloys, up to a maximum thickness of 20 mm for steel and 30 mm for aluminum. The working surface of our machine reaches a maximum dimension of 4 meters by 2 meters, offering the possibility to cut large pieces.
This innovative cutting technology allows us to efficiently adapt to all types of requests within the scope of our bodywork production. It also meets all subcontracting needs of our clients, whether for small or large series of parts, while respecting their specific requirements in terms of deadlines, quantities, and quality.
To automate the production carried out by the cutting machine, it is connected to an exchanger that retrieves or deposits pieces in the integrated storage area, allowing raw or machined materials to be stored in bins, providing a practical and secure storage solution.
